The intelligently revised measurement design makes the ANALYSETTE 22 NeXT especially compact and space saving. The measuring time is for most measurements less than a minute – including a reliably residue-free cleaning.
The complete evaluation of the particle size analysis takes place automatically with clearly organised results visible directly on the screen. Of course, you can also save and print out a report customised to your needs. Get all the decisive advantages with the model that meets your requirements: especially easy operation and cleaning, short analysis times, reliably reproducible results and the recording of additional parameters such as temperature and pH value during wet dispersion.
The FRITSCH Cutting Mill range has just the right solution for every application: As a standard version for the most common applications, strong and powerful for harder materials and now also with a wide range of variable rotational speeds for universal use. All versions are characterised for fast and safe comminution and their unmatched easy and fast cleaning.
Cutting Mills are ideal for comminution of soft to medium-hard, brittle, fibrous, tough or temperature-sensitive materials as well as plastics and for preparation of heterogeneous mixtures. The samples are comminuted by cutting and shearing forces, and the selected sieve cassette determines the final fineness. Various knife geometries and replaceable blades ensure maximum flexibility and durability. Cutting tools of various steel types as well as of hardmetal tungsten carbide can be used for controlling the abrasion problems.
The quietly operating Knife Mill PULVERISETTE 11 is the ideal laboratory mixer in industry quality for very fast and gentle comminution and homogenisation of moist, oily and fatty as well as of dry, soft, medium-hard and fibrous samples within seconds. The up to 1250 watt strong motor of the PULVERISETTE 11 and its special knife, fitted with four blades, grinds fast and gentle problematic samples with high fat or water content such as meat, gummi bears, chocolate or also hard samples such as dishwasher tabs or toys. This makes it a perfect all-rounder with many advantages for sample preparation in the fields of foodstuffs or animal feed testing, pharmaceuticals and chemistry and many other applications.
Planetary Mills are ideally suited for fine grinding of hard, medium-hard, soft, brittle, tough and moist materials. The comminution of the material to be ground takes place primarily through the high-energy impact of grinding balls in rotating grinding bowls.
The grinding can be performed dry, in suspension or in inert gas. In addition to comminution, you can use Planetary Mills for mixing and homogenising of emulsions and pastes or for mechanical alloying and activation in materials research.
